DESIGN MOCK-UP
We build a software design mock-up so you see the display on your own home before we install anything. You’ll usually have it within a day. The only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.
INSTALLATION
Once you approve the design, our crew installs the landscape lighting, custom-fit to your property’s features and landscaping. The finished layout matches the mock-up you signed off on, so there are no surprises when the lights come on.

After the install, we stay responsive if anything we put in needs attention. The last step is a walkthrough of the finished result, where you look over your lit home and confirm you are happy with it.
MULTI-YEAR LIGHTING PLAN

48-HOUR
MAINTENANCE
If something we installed goes out, we’ll have it repaired within 48 hours. That covers the bulbs and sections on the lights we provided, during the season. Damage from outside causes like animals or storms can be repaired too, though that may carry a fee.
THREE-YEAR
WARRANTY
Our three-year contract is the plan we recommend and the one most customers choose. It comes at a discount versus a single full-price install, includes off-season storage of your lights, and carries a three-year warranty on the lights we provide. You own the lights outright. Prefer not to commit? A single full-price install is available anytime, with no contract.
