We clip each bulb to the house so nothing gets damaged, and we cut and fit the run to your home’s rooflines right on site. We focus on your rooflines and typically avoid steep ridgelines for safety, though we will work with you where we safely can. Because Greenville homes range from single-story to multi-story, some rooflines call for a lift for safe access, and we note that at the estimate.
TREES & SHRUBS
We wrap trees and shrubs in LED mini lights to pull your yard into the display. Where a tree needs a staple to hold the strands, we use ones that will not harm the tree. It is a great way to frame a front yard or anchor the look beyond the roofline.
GREENERY, WREATHS
& GARLAND
Wreaths and garland add the classic holiday touches at your doors, columns, and railings. A large wreath occasionally needs a secure mount drilled into brick, which is job-dependent and something we talk through with you first.

AND ESTIMATE
You reach out, and we consult with you to plan the display. For most Greenville homes we do this in person, because a tree can look small online but grow twenty feet in person, though smaller and clear-cut jobs can be handled online. Every estimate is free. We measure your rooflines by the linear foot and note the trees, greenery, and any stake-light runs you want.
YOUR CUSTOM
DESIGN MOCK-UP
We build a software design mock-up so you see the display on your own home before we install anything. You’ll usually have it within a day. The only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.
INSTALLATION DAY
Once you have approved the design and signed, we install. Warm-white C9 bulbs get clipped to your rooflines, and roughly eighty percent of the work is clips on the house. LED mini lights are wrapped on trees and shrubs with tree-safe staples where needed, greenery is mounted at your doors and railings, and stake lights are set to line the drive or walk. Where height or a multi-story roofline calls for it, we bring in a lift for safe access. An average install runs about half a day for a two-person crew, depending on the size of the display.

Your takedown date is set when you sign, and we return in January or February to take everything down. With the three-year contract, we store your lights off-season until the next holidays come around.

Residential installs typically start around $850–$900, with larger custom projects ranging up to $3,000–$5,000. What moves the number is the length of your roofline (priced by the linear foot), the number of stories, how many trees you want wrapped, and any greenery or wreath add-ons.
Rooflines are priced by the linear foot. That run is the core of most quotes, and the more roofline and the more stories, the higher the figure. Trees, greenery, and wreaths are add-ons on top of the roofline run.
Takedown and removal are included in your install price, no separate fee. You are not billed again in January to take the display down.

MAINTENANCE
If something we installed goes out, we’ll have it repaired within 48 hours. That covers the bulbs and sections on the lights we provided, during the season. Damage from outside causes like animals or storms can be repaired too, though that may carry a fee.
