Easley properties come in very different shapes when it comes to holiday lighting. There’s the brick ranch belt, where the eaves sit low and close to the ground; there are the newer two-story subdivision builds with dormers and steeper pitches; and there are the storefronts along the downtown core. We design a display that fits any of them, from the roofline down to the yard.

The season here is short and mild. Snow is rare, but the install window runs from October into early December, with takedown in January and February. Because the calendar is tight, getting on the schedule early is what keeps your display up when you want it. We handle the whole thing: warm-white C9 lights along the roofline, LED mini lights on trees and shrubs, greenery like wreaths and garland, and stake lights lining a driveway or sidewalk.

We wrap trees and shrubs with LED mini lights, sized and shaped to each plant so the display looks made for the yard rather than draped over it. The mature tree canopy on Easley’s established streets adds real demand for tree wrapping.

Warm white is our classic default and the look most customers choose. We also offer a single fixed color that holds that shade all season, multicolor strands, and programmable RGB you can change from an app.

From your first call to takedown and storage, here’s how a display comes together.

FREE
CONSULTATION

You reach out and we consult, in person for most jobs and online for smaller, clear-cut ones. Estimates are free, and larger or complex properties get an in-person look so the count and design are right.

YOUR CUSTOM
DESIGN MOCK-UP

We build a software mock-up of your home so you see the display before install. You’ll usually have your custom design within a day — the only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.

INSTALL DAY

Once the design and contract are approved, we schedule the install. Roofline lights attach with clips on the house, and trees and greenery are wrapped and stapled where needed, which does not harm the trees. On Easley’s ground-accessible ranch rooflines the crew works fast, while two-story homes with dormers and steeper pitches get extra staging in the same visit, and we bring a lift where height or access calls for it. We focus on your rooflines and typically avoid steep ridgelines for safety, though we’ll work with you where we safely can.

When your property is close enough, we can meet you after dark to confirm you’re happy with the lit display.

IN-SEASON
MAINTENANCE

If something we installed goes out during the season, we respond within 48 hours on the lights we provide. More on that in our guarantees below.

TAKEDOWN AND
STORAGE

We take the display down on a scheduled date in January or February. With the multi-year contract, we store your lights off-season so your garage stays clear.

Rooflines are priced by the linear foot, with add-ons for trees, greenery, and wreaths, and a job minimum applies. Every estimate is free, and larger homes get a free in-person walk first.

RESIDENTIAL INSTALLS TYPICALLY START AROUND $850–$900, WITH LARGER CUSTOM PROJECTS RANGING UP TO $3,000–$5,000.
ROOFLINES ARE PRICED BY THE LINEAR FOOT, WITH PRICE DRIVEN BY ROOFLINE COMPLEXITY, THE NUMBER OF STORIES, AND TREE WRAPPING.
ADD-ONS FOR TREES, GREENERY, AND WREATHS INCREASE THE PRICE.

• Takedown and removal are included in your install price — no separate fee.

• A multi-year contract is discounted against a single full-price install.

• Booking your holiday install early, for example in October, can unlock a discount on exterior-cleaning services through our sister company, Home Bright Power Washing.

48-HOUR
MAINTENANCE

If something we installed goes out, we’ll have it repaired within 48 hours. This covers bulbs and sections on the lights we provide during the season; damage from animals or storms can be repaired but may carry a fee.

THREE-YEAR
WARRANTY

Our three-year contract includes a three-year warranty on the lights we provide. Service labor is covered under the contract, and we store the lights off-season.

ASSURANCE

You’ll see a custom design mock-up of your home before we install a single light. You approve the look up front, so there are no surprises on install day.
