Taylors runs residential-heavy, and the homes here fall into two camps. There are the ground-accessible brick ranch homes lining the established streets, and there are the two-story subdivision homes with dormers and steeper pitches. A display that looks right on one can look wrong on the other, so we design each one to fit the roofline it’s going on.
Here, the install window runs October into early December, with takedown in January and February. Booking by October is the surest way to have a finished display up before the holidays. Our crew designs the look, installs it, keeps it maintained through the season, takes it down, and stores it in the off-season, so the whole thing stays easy on your end. Warm-white C9 rooflines are our classic, higher-end default, and we also light trees, shrubs, and greenery, all of it custom-made on site to fit your home rather than pulled off a shelf.

Our classic roofline look is warm-white C9 bulbs, clipped along your eaves and priced by the linear foot. It’s the higher-end, timeless choice most homeowners want, and the ground-accessible brick ranch rooflines on the established streets install cleanly at eave height.

SHRUBS
We wrap trees and shrubs in LED mini lights, sized to each plant, and secure them with staples where needed in a way that doesn’t harm the tree. The mature canopy on the older streets gives those trees real presence once they’re lit.

We install greenery like wreaths and garland to round out a display. A large wreath will occasionally call for drilling into brick, which we handle job by job.

STYLE OPTIONS
Warm white is our classic default and the look most customers choose. We also offer a single fixed color that holds that shade all season, multicolor strands, and programmable RGB you can change from an app.

Commercial installs can run after hours so we work around your business rather than through it. Projects are priced by complexity, and multi-story or larger properties add cost. The compact commercial pocket around the old mill sits inside an otherwise residential area, and we design for a storefront with the same care we bring to a home.

YOUR CUSTOM
DESIGN MOCK-UP
We build a software mock-up so you see your display on your own home before we install anything. You’ll usually have your custom design within a day; the only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.
APPROVE AND
SCHEDULE
Once you approve the design and sign, we set your install and your takedown date at the same time, so both ends of the season are on the calendar before the work begins.
INSTALL
On install day, rooflines go up with clips on the house, and trees and greenery are secured with staples where needed. On the two-story subdivision homes we bring a lift for the dormers and steeper pitches, while the brick ranch rooflines install cleanly at eave height. We focus on your rooflines and typically avoid steep ridgelines for safety, though we’ll work with you where we safely can.
IN-SEASON
MAINTENANCE
If something we installed goes out during the season, we respond within 48 hours on company-provided lights under contract, so a dark section doesn’t sit that way for long.
TAKEDOWN AND
STORAGE
We take everything down in January or February. With the multi-year contract, we store your lights off-season so your garage stays yours.

Rooflines are priced by the linear foot, with add-ons for trees, greenery, and wreaths, and a job minimum applies. We measure on site so the count is right before we quote you.

RESIDENTIAL INSTALLS TYPICALLY START AROUND $850 TO $900, WITH LARGER CUSTOM PROJECTS RANGING UP TO $3,000 TO $5,000. THE NUMBER IS DRIVEN BY ROOFLINE LENGTH, HOW MANY STORIES THE HOUSE HAS, AND HOW MUCH TREE WRAPPING IS INVOLVED.

MAINTENANCE
If something we installed goes out, we’ll have it repaired within 48 hours. That covers bulbs and sections on lights we provided; external damage from animals or storms can be repaired but may carry a fee.
THREE-YEAR
WARRANTY
Our three-year contract includes a three-year warranty on the lights we provide. Service labor is covered under the contract, and we store the lights off-season.
