It’s a small town, but the homes vary a lot inside it: the near-campus streets carry older two-story homes, while the lake-side and outer neighborhoods hold larger two-stories with steep, multi-gable rooflines and mature trees.

Whatever kind of home is yours, we design the display, install it, keep it up through the season, take it down, and store it for you. Lots near Lake Hartwell also see more wind and humidity, which puts extra stress on how lights hang, so we choose clips and attachments that hold up to it.

We wrap trees and shrubs in LED mini lights, sized to each tree so the light reads full rather than sparse. Mature tree canopy is common on Clemson’s larger lots, and the wrapping uses staples where needed, which does not harm the tree.

We install greenery like wreaths and garland to round out the display. Larger wreaths sometimes call for drilling into brick, which we handle job by job.

Warm white is our classic default and the look most customers choose. We also offer a single fixed color that holds that shade all season, multicolor strands, and programmable RGB you can change from an app.

From your first call to a finished display, here’s how it goes, including the upkeep and takedown after the lights are up.

FREE
CONSULTATION

You reach out and we consult, in person where we can so we see the home for ourselves. A tree can look small online and grow twenty feet in person, so larger or complex properties get an in-person look, while smaller, clear-cut jobs can be handled online.

CUSTOM DESIGN
MOCK-UP

We build a software mock-up so you see your display before we install a single light. You’ll usually have your custom design within a day; the only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.

INSTALL

Once the design and contract are approved, we schedule the install. Roofline goes up with clips on the house, and trees and greenery are wrapped and stapled where needed. An average install is about half a day with a two-person crew. On Clemson’s steeper lake-side rooflines we plan access carefully and use a lift where the height calls for it.

OPTIONAL DUSK
WALKTHROUGH

When your property is within a close distance, we can come back after dark to walk the lit display with you and confirm you’re happy with it.

IN-SEASON UPKEEP

We maintain the display through the season, so it looks its best from the first night through the holidays. If a light goes out, we’re back to make it right.

TAKEDOWN AND
STORAGE

When the season wraps, we take the display down on the date scheduled at signing, January into February. With the multi-year plan, we store your lights off-season so nothing fills your garage.

Roofline is priced by the linear foot, with add-ons for trees, greenery, and wreaths, and a job minimum applies. Here’s how the pricing breaks down:

RESIDENTIAL INSTALLS TYPICALLY START AROUND $850–$900, WITH LARGER CUSTOM PROJECTS RANGING UP TO $3,000–$5,000. MOST RESIDENTIAL DISPLAYS LAND IN THIS RANGE, AND PRICE SCALES WITH ROOFLINE FOOTAGE, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND TREE WRAPPING.
A JOB MINIMUM APPLIES, SO SMALLER JOBS STILL MEET THE MINIMUM.
COMMERCIAL IS CUSTOM-QUOTED BY COMPLEXITY, SINCE MULTI-STORY AND LARGER PROPERTIES ADD COST. REACH OUT FOR A COMMERCIAL QUOTE.
