Warm white is our classic default and the look most customers choose. We also offer a single fixed color that holds that shade all season, multicolor strands, and programmable RGB you can change from an app.

CONSULTATION
You reach out and we consult. We prefer to meet in person, though smaller, clear-cut jobs can be handled online. In-person is the default on larger properties, where a tree that looks small in a photo grows twenty feet once you’re standing next to it.
YOUR CUSTOM
DESIGN MOCK-UP
After the consultation, we build a software mock-up of your property so the design is settled before any install day is set. You’ll usually have your custom design within a day; the only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.
INSTALL
Once the design and contract are approved, we schedule the install. Roofline lights are clipped to the house, and trees and greenery are stapled or wrapped in a way that doesn’t harm the tree, with a lift brought in where height or access requires it. An average install runs about half a day with a two-person crew. On the city’s larger estate homes with steep, multi-gable rooflines and several trees to wrap, an install can run a full day.

WALKTHROUGH
When your property is within a reasonable distance, we can offer an after-dark walkthrough to confirm you’re happy with the lit display before we call it done.
IN-SEASON
MAINTENANCE
Once your display is up, we keep it looking its best all season. If something we installed goes out, we’re back within 48 hours to make it right, so your home stays lit through the holidays.
TAKEDOWN AND
OFF-SEASON
STORAGE
Your takedown date is scheduled at signing, January into February, so there’s no scramble to book it later. With a multi-year plan we store your lights off-season, so they’re ready to go next year and your garage stays empty in the meantime.

Our three-year contract includes a three-year warranty on the lights we provide. Service labor is covered under the contract, and we store the lights off-season.
