Those two-story builds carry tall, steep, multi-gable rooflines and a lot of footage to light, while the established homes closer to downtown bring mature trees made for wrapping. Cold snaps tend to bite a little sharper at this foothill elevation, and the exposed hillside lots catch that mountain-edge wind.
We light both kinds of property, handling roofline, trees, and greenery on all of it, and we anchor everything to hold through the whole season. Our crew takes it from the first design all the way to the final takedown, covering install, in-season maintenance, and off-season storage in between.

Warm white is our default, and a fixed multicolor look is available on request. It suits the newer two-story homes here especially well, where there’s a lot of eave and gable to trace out cleanly.

Here’s how a display comes together, from your first call through the end of the season.
FREE
CONSULTATION
You reach out and we consult, in person wherever we can, so we see the home and get the display right. Larger or complex properties get an in-person visit, while smaller, clear-cut jobs can be handled online. Estimates are always free.
CUSTOM DESIGN
MOCK-UP
We build a software design mock-up so you see your display before we install a single light, delivered within about a day of the consultation. You’ll usually have your custom design within a day; the only exception is when we’re sourcing special lights for your project.
INSTALL
Once the design and contract are approved, we install: clips along the roofline, careful wrapping and staples on trees and greenery, and stake lights down the drive. An average install runs about half a day with a two-person crew. On the foothill and mountain-view homes here, we take extra care anchoring against the sharper cold snaps and the mountain-edge wind on exposed hillside lots.
OPTIONAL DUSK
WALKTHROUGH
When your property is a reasonable distance out, we can return after dark for a dusk walkthrough to confirm you’re happy with the lit display before we call it finished.
IN-SEASON
MAINTENANCE
Through the holidays, we keep an eye on your display so it stays lit and even all season long. Our in-season maintenance response means a bulb or section that needs attention gets handled quickly, and the display keeps looking the way it did on install day.
TAKEDOWN AND
STORAGE
When the season wraps, we take the display down on the schedule we set at signing, running January into February. With a multi-year contract, we store your lights off-season so they’re ready to go again next year. Installs and takedown are scheduled and managed through our booking system from the moment you sign.

Rooflines are priced by the linear foot, with add-ons for trees, greenery, and wreaths, and a job minimum applies. Estimates are free, and most are done in person so the number is right the first time.

If something we installed goes out, we’ll have it repaired within 48 hours. That covers bulbs and sections on the lights we provided; damage from animals or storms can be repaired too, though it may carry a fee.

Our three-year contract includes a three-year warranty on the lights we provide, so the display is covered for the full term.
